First Digital Studio – License Agreement
Effective Date: 10 August 2025
By purchasing, downloading, or using any Image or Video Clip Collection from First Digital Studio Ltd (“we”, “us”), you (“you”, “licensee”) agree to the terms below.
1. What You’re Getting
This is a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Collection and any included style guides (“Product”) in accordance with this agreement.
You are not buying the copyright — you’re buying the right to use the Product under specific conditions.
2. You CAN
- Use the Product in personal or commercial projects.
- Add, crop, recolour, overlay, edit or combine with other media.
- Use in websites, social media, marketing materials, presentations, courses, and client work.
- Create end products for sale (e.g., reels, videos, workbooks, templates, PDFs) if the files are flattened and/or can’t be extracted.
3. You CANNOT
- Sell, share, or redistribute the raw images, video clips or style guides in any form.
- Include the images or video clips in products where they can be copied, extracted, or downloaded.
- Upload the files to stock sites, free download sites, or AI training datasets.
- Claim the original images, video clips or style guides as your own.
- Use in any way that is defamatory, unlawful, or promotes hate or discrimination.
4. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the Product remain with First Digital Studio.
You may not register the Product, or any derivative of it, as your own work.
5. Termination
This license will terminate automatically if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Product and delete all copies in your possession.
6. No Warranties & Liability
The Product is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about suitability for your specific needs.
We are not liable for any damages resulting from use or inability to use the Product.
7. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
